It’s a 10-day self-coaching experience to help you get clear, stay focused, and move with intention on something that matters to you. It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing what matters, consistently and reflectively.
 

Each day has a specific focus and set of prompts:
• Day 1, 9 & 10: Coaching-style reflection & integration
• Days 2 & 3: Planning and clarity
• Days 4 – 8: Short daily check-ins + focused action

 

It takes about 15 minutes per day—and it’s designed to train your “progress muscle” through small, intentional steps.
